Integrity, transparency and respect

Compliance & ethics

At Cavotec, we believe that long-term success is built on integrity, transparency, and respect. Our commitment to high business ethics is an integral part of how we operate — in our daily decisions, in our relationships with stakeholders, and in our role as a responsible corporate citizen.

We are guided by a clear Code of Conduct, strong corporate governance, and a zero-tolerance approach to corruption and unethical behaviour. Through our ethical leadership and accountability, we build trust, create value, and contribute to sustainable development

Code of Conduct

Cavotec’s Code of Conduct reflects our firm commitment to integrity, ethical behaviour, and sustainable business practices. It sets clear expectations for high standards across all areas of our operations — guiding how we act, make decisions, and engage with others.

The Code of Conduct applies to all Cavotec employees, directors, and affiliated entities, including joint ventures and minority-owned companies. It establishes the legal and internal framework that governs daily operations and outlines standards on key issues such as conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, ethical conduct within the Group, and responsibility toward the economy, the environment, and society.

At Cavotec, compliance is not optional — it is fundamental. By making the Code of Conduct publicly available, we promote transparency and reaffirm our commitment to doing business with accountability, fairness, and purpose. Breaches of the Code of Conduct can result in serious consequences for both individuals and the company, underscoring the importance of upholding these principles at all times.

Whistleblowing

We are committed to transparency, accountability, and a responsible business culture. The whistleblower function allows employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report serious concerns in a secure and confidential manner.

You can report suspected misconduct such as:

  • Corruption or bribery
  • Financial irregularities or fraud
  • Serious breaches of workplace safety or environmental regulations
  • Discrimination, harassment, or other unethical behaviour
  • Other violations of laws, internal policies, or Cavotec’s Code of Conduct

Reports are submitted through an independent, external channel that ensures anonymity and confidentiality. All reports are handled in accordance with the Whistleblowing policy, which complies with applicable whistleblower protection laws and regulations, including the EU Whistleblower Directive and the Swedish Whistleblower Act.

Partners & Suppliers

We expect compliance with applicable laws(national, international, and local laws and regulations), ethical values and sustainable action, not only from our own employees, but also from all third parties we engage in providing goods, services and works (here in after Suppliers).

Cavotec’s expectations for Suppliers are set out clearly in our Supplier Code of Conduct, whichdefines legal, ethical and environmental standards which must be met. Breaches of the Code of Conduct can result in serious consequences for both individuals and the company, underscoring the importance of always upholding these principles.
