The growing global focus on sustainability — and especially the urgent need for decarbonisation — drives everything we do. We embed sustainability into our daily operations, across Engineering, Procurement, Operations, HR, and Finance.

This responsibility naturally extends throughout our value chain — upstream to our suppliers and downstream to our customers and end users. While our visibility and influence may vary, we consistently act in line with our core values of integrity, accountability, performance, and teamwork.

These values guide our Sustainability Policy, which defines what sustainability means to Cavotec. The policy is built around five key pillars, outlined below, that shape how we act and deliver on our commitments.

Sustainability governance

Sustainability Governance refers to the systems we use to inform, implement and action sustainability topics in Cavotec. We integrate environmental and social considerations into core decision-making – from product development to supplier engagement – supported by transparency, continuous learning and compliance activities.

These activities are in-turn supported by several related policy documents. These documents include those linked directly below or under the respective sustainability pillar.

These documents ensure our responsible business practices prevail throughout our value chain and that we comply with relevant laws and regulations. Where third parties are involved, due diligence activities are executed both before relationships are established and whilst in place and may involve on-site auditing.
